I have not been in a laundry mat in years. I really don't like them. But, traveling for my job for the last 6 months has sometmes required that I visit depending on the hotel I am staying at. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the magnificent customer service from Z, the attendant and the fashionable lamps someone chose! If it were not for Z and her extra care, knowledge and patience, I would still be fumbling with the new computerized washer and dryers. I still don't care for laundry mats, but thank you for making it a pleasant experience.
